01 / 07 — Intent
Independent AI & software consultancy
Only what matters.Built with intent.
I work directly with you to discover what is actually needed, then design and build focused software products, AI agents, automation and web-data systems.
No padded scope. No technology for technology’s sake.
- Direct collaboration
- Focused scope
- Quality by design
02 / 07 — Diagnose
Before the build
Find the work behind the work.
I stay close to the operation, the product decisions, and the implementation. There is no hand-off between the person understanding the problem and the person building the answer.
That makes it easier to find the smallest solution that genuinely improves the work; it also helps avoid building what the business does not need.
What gets understood
- Workflow
- Exceptions
- Cost
- Success
If new software will not materially improve the work, that is still a useful answer. The recommendation comes before the build.

What I build
Focused systems for work that should run better.
The technology changes with the problem. The standard does not: useful scope, dependable delivery, and a system your business can actually rely on.
04 / 07 — Scope
How I work
No layers between the problem and the person building the solution.
That direct relationship keeps decisions clear, feedback short, and scope tied to value.
- Understand
Map the workflow, the exceptions, and the real cost of the bottleneck before deciding what to build.
- Decide
Choose the smallest dependable solution, make the trade-offs visible, and define what success should look like.
- Build
Build, test, and put the software into real use with quality controls appropriate to the work it carries.
- Verify
Observe how it performs, tighten what matters, and expand only when the next step has earned its place.
05 / 07 — Verify
The delivery standard
Move quickly. Keep certainty high.
Useful speed comes from a direct working relationship and disciplined scope; not from skipping the work that makes software dependable.
What earns certainty
Failure modes
How the system fails, recovers, and protects the work already done.
Maintainability
Whether the next change can be made safely without rebuilding the foundation.
Security
Where access, data, and trust boundaries need to be explicit.
Operational hand-over
What another person needs to operate the system without guesswork.
What is proven. What is assumed. What happens next.

Start with the problem
Bring me the bottleneck.
Tell me where work slows down, repeats, or depends on fragile manual steps. I’ll help determine whether software is the right answer; if it isn’t, I’ll say so.
- Where does work slow down?
- What repeats?
- Which manual step feels fragile?
